At Swanley Banqueting we welcome bookings for 18th and 21st Birthday parties.  

Choose from five luxurious suites accommodating from 30 - 220 guests for dinner and 40 - 300 guests for a buffet function. Each suite is beautifully decorated with a fully equipped bar and a late licence.
 

Please note the following conditions apply:

 
• In addition to the room hire fee a damage deposit of £250.00 is required

 

• Guests attending will need photographic ID to purchase alcohol from the bar

 

• Security Staff are compulsory and will be provided by Swanley Banqueting at an additional cost.  Current costs including VAT are £15.00 per hour per security staff. 

 

• As with all bookings catering must be provided by Swanley Banqueting as outside caterers are not permitted.   

For functions without catering the bar will close at 11.00pm for the music and function to finish at 11.30pm.
 

For functions with catering the bar will close at 11.30pm for the music and function to finish at midnight.
