Swanley Banqueting is always keen to assist charities and local organisations with their fundraising events.

 

We have a choice of five luxurious suites accommoding from 40 - 300 guests, each beautifully decorated with a fully equipped bar and late licence. Our experienced staff are here to help you choose the right venue and offer advice on all aspects of your planning your event.

 

Many types of fundraising events have been held in our venues from Quiz and Race Nights to Black Tie Casino evenings.  Whatever type of event you may be planning, we are always open to new ideas!

 

The rooms can be hired on a room and bar only basis or a variety of catering options are available, from a light finger buffet to a full sit down meal.  A wide range of extra services can be arranged from a PA system and raffle drum to live entertainment and DJ’s.

 

Throughout the year, we run special promotions so it is always worth calling to discuss your event.  Preferential hire rates may also be available.
