Fund Raising Events
Swanley Banqueting is always keen to assist charities and local organisations with their fundraising events.
We have a choice of five luxurious suites accommoding from 40 - 300 guests, each beautifully decorated with a fully equipped bar and late licence. Our experienced staff are here to help you choose the right venue and offer advice on all aspects of your planning your event.
Many types of fundraising events have been held in our venues from Quiz and Race Nights to Black Tie Casino evenings. Whatever type of event you may be planning, we are always open to new ideas!
The rooms can be hired on a room and bar only basis or a variety of catering options are available, from a light finger buffet to a full sit down meal. A wide range of extra services can be arranged from a PA system and raffle drum to live entertainment and DJ’s.
Throughout the year, we run special promotions so it is always worth calling to discuss your event. Preferential hire rates may also be available.
A variety of finger buffet menus are on offer and our catering managers will be pleased to discuss any of your own ideas on 01322 613900.

Charity Auction and Comedy Afternoon
In aid of Kings College Hospital Charity at the Clocktower Pavilion, St Mary's Road, Swanley, Kent. On Saturday 3rd March 2012 at 12 noon to 4.00pm. Celebrity Guest Appearance.
Complimentary Tickets for Bluewater Wedding Fair
Swanley Banqueting has a limited number of complimentary tickets for the Wedding Fair at Glow, Bluewater, 9th - 12th February 2012. Come and visit us on stand F32.
The Olympic Over 50's Lunch - Special Offer
Over 50's Lunch Special Offer during February, March and April 2012. Two Courses for £7.50. Monday - Friday 12.00 - 2.30pm at The Olympic, Beechenlea Lane, Swanley.
Wedding Exhibition Success
On Sunday 8th January Swanley Banqueting started the wedding exhibition season at the Alexandra Suite, Swanley by hosting a Best Brides Exhibition.
