Leavers Ball

At Swanley Banqueting we welcome bookings for Year 11 and Year 13 Leavers Parties.

Choose from five luxurious suites accommodating from 30 - 220 guests for dinner and 40 - 300 guests for a buffet function. Each suite is beautifully decorated with a fully equipped bar and a late licence.

From start to finish you will receive a welcoming and relaxed service, with help and advice on all aspects of your planning your party. You can choose to be hands on or leave it to us.

Please note the following conditions apply:

• A damage deposit of £250 is payable prior to the function and will be returned providing everything is in order after the function
• Security staff will be required at an additional cost to yourselves unless provided within a package
• Entry is strictly by invitation only
• Guests attending will need photgraphic ID to purchase alcohol from the bar
• A non-alcholic bar will be provided for Year 11

Specific packages have been tailored to help relieve the pressure when planning your party. Package prices start from £16.00 per person and include room hire, finger buffet, security and disco until 12.30am. A wide range of extra services can be arranged from chair covers to flower and balloon decorations.
