Function Rooms
Swanley Banqueting has many years of experience in the planning, organisation and running of events from small family occasions to lavish dinner dances and corporate events.
Our experienced and friendly staff are here to help relieve the pressure of organising your event. The Olympic is an ideal venue for smaller parties and family functions.
The rooms available to hire are the Wentworth Room which is upstairs just off of the main lounge bar. Guests would purchase their drinks from the public bar area. Alternatively the Charlton and Hendry Rooms down stairs are a popular choice. The Charlton Rooms is used as your main function room and the Hendry Room would be set with your bar and this is where the buffet would be served.
Both staff and management will be delighted to be part of your plans. If you have your own ideas or require further information our Marketing Team will be happy to put together a package to suit your individual requirements. From start to finish you will receive a welcoming, friendly and relaxed service, with help and advice on all aspects of your event.
