The Poplar Suite is the largest suite at The Woodlands and boasts sparkling chandeliers and a large stage area.
The room can be set with both oval and long tables.
For conferences the stage area is suitable for back projection. It has an integeral drop down screen and full PA systtem. Flexible lighting options. Auditorium tiered seating can be provided.
Charity Auction and Comedy Afternoon
In aid of Kings College Hospital Charity at the Clocktower Pavilion, St Mary's Road, Swanley, Kent. On Saturday 3rd March 2012 at 12 noon to 4.00pm. Celebrity Guest Appearance.

The Olympic Over 50's Lunch - Special Offer

On Sunday 8th January Swanley Banqueting started the wedding exhibition season at the Alexandra Suite, Swanley by hosting a Best Brides Exhibition.
