The Silver Birch is a small venue ideal for community group use or for children's birthday parties.
The room comes equipped with tables and chairs, toilets and a kitchen. Drinking water is available from the kitchen but as there are no other facilities you must bring in your catering already prepared.
You can provide your own entertainment and the room is licensed for a maximum of 80 guests.
• Strictly no alcohol allowed
• No Smoking
• Latest finish time 6.00pm
• Hire fee from 1/4/11 – 31/3/12 is £19.00 per hour
In addition, a damage deposit of £100.00 is required at the time of making the booking and will be returned after the function if everything is in order.
The minimum hire is 2 hours with the exception of Sundays which is a minimum of 3 hours. We allow you an extra ½ hour each side of the booking for setting up and clearing away.

Charity Auction and Comedy Afternoon
In aid of Kings College Hospital Charity at the Clocktower Pavilion, St Mary's Road, Swanley, Kent. On Saturday 3rd March 2012 at 12 noon to 4.00pm. Celebrity Guest Appearance.

The Olympic Over 50's Lunch - Special Offer

On Sunday 8th January Swanley Banqueting started the wedding exhibition season at the Alexandra Suite, Swanley by hosting a Best Brides Exhibition.
